How do i sign up to KIDS BESTPRICE?

Enter your email address into the sign up for Newsletter box and click on the sign up button .

How do I sign in after creating an account?

Click on the Menu button at the top left corner of our home page, select login, scroll down to Register, fill in your email address, choose a password of your choice and click the register button to complete the process .

What do I do when I forget my password?

You can reset your password on the login page. Just click on the lost your password? link below the login in button. Fill in your registered username or email address and click on the “get new password” button .

I can’t sign in to my account

Send an email with your registered email address to [email protected] requesting for an account reset.



1. Visit or open the kids Bestprice app. 2. Find a specific item using the search box. 3. Add items to your Cart. 4. Once you are done with shopping click on your cart to checkout. 5. Fill in your details, select your shipping & payment preferences and click on the ‘place order” button to complete your order.

Does it matter if I pay on delivery or pay online?

Choose any payment option that is convenient for you. Pay on delivery option is only available to residents of Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt. We collect shipping fees upfront for pay on delivery transactions.

How do I save items to view later?

Save items by clicking the love button on the top right corner of the product page. The product will be added to your Wishlist. When you are ready to place your order, call up your Wishlist and add products to your cart.


How do I pay for items purchased?

We have multiple payment options. Choose the most convenient option for you and follow the payment instructions .

Should I pay to any individual account?

Never pay to any individual account. Pay only to Kids Bestprice account that will be provided on the Bank Transfer Payment Page.


How do I check status of my order?

We will send you email updates once your order is received, processed & ready to ship. Upon shipment, we will send you a tracking number and a tracking link.

How do I know if it has been shipped?

You will get an SMS and email notification from the shipping company. We also send a Whataspp update once your order ships.

How can I print an invoice for an order?

You will receive an email invoice notification once you place your order. You can print from your email.


How many days does it take to deliver?

We always ensure fast delivery. However, delivery time differs based on the delivery address. Orders within Lagos State delivers between 1-2 business days while orders outside Lagos State delivers between 3-5 business days. Customers can request for express delivery but this comes with extra charges.

How will my delivery be done?

Your order will be sent to the address you chose as delivery address at check out through our logistic partners. If you picked store pick up as your option, you will get a Phone Call, SMS and email notification that your order is ready for pick up.

Will my items be delivered in a single package?

Yes, your items will be delivered in a single package.

What should I do after my order has arrived?

Check your items that they are complete and arrived in good condition. Make a payment if you chose the “Pay on Delivery” option.

Cancellations and Returns

How do I cancel an order?

Send and email to [email protected] requesting an order cancellation. Include your order number and name in the email.

Can I return it if I do not want item?

Yes, you can return items if they qualify for a return. Please read our return policy.

What should I do incase of damaged or defective product?

We will not ship damaged or defective products. However, if your item arrives damaged, do not collect it from the dispatcher. Notify us immediately via a phone call, Whatsapp chat or email. We will send you a replacement or process a refund.

What are your Requirement for a valid return?

If you receive incomplete wrong sizes or items, they are valid for a return. Please read more on our return policy document.

How to do I return?

If the item is valid for a return, we would send a dispatcher to your address for a pickup at no cost to you. But if item is not valid for return but customer wants a replacement based on personal reasons, we will send a dispatcher to your address to pick up item and also deliver a replacement but charges will apply. .
